The Monasteries library at one time was seldom if ever even thought of. For many of its years it simply gathered dust and worked as a spare storage chamber.  A you monk had taken a liking to the old chamber and spent his time carefully restoring it till it once again would shine as a source of knowledge.  Years, so many long years have passed since that first day Fruros began his work on what would become his Library.  It had grown as the monastary grew, now thirteen large pillars held the great building up, twelve of those pillars sported long shelves of books, scrolls and in some instances artifacts. From the ends of every piller hung lanterns of cold blue fire, the soft glow washing the structure in calm light. The thirteenth and central pillar was made from the spines of several large creatures, one of them a demon lords, another from a dragon. Fruros never mentioned the others that comprised the central pillar, keeping a little mystery to his sanctum.

Behind his desk he sat pondering over pages that had been left with him from a Wizard that had been at one time a traveling companion. In his long life there had been many who he had traveled and explored the Sword Coast with. On the corner of the desk was a black bottle with two goblets resting, something he kept for when a certain friend of his would stop by from time to time.  One of the few in his long life that was older than himself and still alive. Sitting at well past the age of any normal Orc Fruros looked little more in age than a man in his late twenties. A nod towards his mothers bloodline in keeping his appearance youthful, though he know much of it also was from his life as a Monk.

A breeze had entered the Library followed with the steady thud of light feet, looking up a young mage with curving horns and a long tail trailing behind her steadied a small stack of books and scrolls as she approuched the main desk. "Master Fruros the reports from the north you wanted. And the field reports of the Goblin movements. Seems you where right about them massing an army in the east."  With careful motions the books and scrolls where lain on the desk and the young mage stood back waiting for reply. A slow sigh left the pale blue grey lips of Fruros, too long had he been behind this desk and not in combat or adventuring, though someone had to tend knowledge and keep record he kept telling himself.  "Thank you." his rough voice coughed out as one hand reached for a large scroll. Goblins would be trouble if they got any foothold, the Sword Coast was troublesome and Neverwinter was struggling to hold anything together. Adventures would be present soon, battles to fight places to explore and dangers to quell.  Looking across his desk for a second pages of Adventurers caught his eye many diffrent prospects to help with coming events in the world, where would they be sent and what adventures would he write down about them.

Is it all right that I have moved this post into the Character Introductions topic? Or did you prefer having it in the General RP section?

I wasn't really sure where to put it. I was thinking of using it at game recap and story save for the adventures least the main storylines and ongoing ones.

So more like a character diary or something?

Guess it could be called that. Was thinking of points where characters discuss what happened with him and others that show up there. Its a working idea still.
